Rumah Bali Village Center will open daily starting March 1 2006 as Balinese Market Restaurant. Based on the success of Bumbu Bali, Restaurant & Cooking School, we now go a step further and changed our various pavilions into a place where one not only can enjoy the best of what Balinese cooking can offer but also witness the way Balinese food is prepared. We transformed each pavilion into a kitchen or each kitchen into a restaurant. Meaning, that while guests enjoy their dinner they will be entertained by our market chefs with the preparation of the food. Each pavilion is dedicated to one specific type of food. In short we adopted the Marche concept serving Balinese specialties.
