The Grand Ballroom has a capacity of up to 700 persons for reception. It can be partitioned into two separate rooms for smaller banquets, and encompasses a large foyer. A further three interconnecting rooms are available for private meetings and functions.

The Samudra Room accommodates up to 600 persons for receptions. Six meeting rooms and private office area are available on the floor below. We provide at no charge : microphones, public address system, staging, whiteboard, flip charts and lectern. In addition we offer for rent: LCD Projectors, 16 mm sound movie projectors, VCRs and monitors, video conferencing, broadband internet access and simultaneous translation equipment
